How payment works

I keep things simple. You send in your request first, then I reply with:

  • Which pricing tier it fits in ($15 / $30 / $50)
  • When I can have your Solution Pack ready
  • My payment details (Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal)

Once you’re good with the price and timing, you send payment and I get started. No subscriptions or surprise charges.

If for some reason I can’t complete the request after you pay, I’ll refund you.

Step-by-step example

Here’s what a typical request looks like from start to finish:

  • You fill out the contact form describing your Lexington problem.
  • I reply with the price (for example, $30) and when I can deliver.
  • You send $30 on Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal and reply “Paid”.
  • I research, put together your Solution Pack, and email it over.
  • If anything is unclear, you ask questions and I clarify for free.
